Its Official!
All you have to do is sign a bunch of papers and they hand you the keys.. Oh, and the money part. Don't forget about that. We have the most fabulous yard - our new hobby is gardening.

Ok, I am really really upset. You live in Boulder and I don't. You also used to live in Marshall near our favorite Boulder trail. I am seriously upset with you. Please go to Lucille's for us and Chez Thuy and Watercourse in Denver and buy some roasted green peppers at the Farmer's Market.

All is well here -- took Mom to the Paraguay River this morning on a short hike -- it was like leading a stubborn mule from the barn. She almost ran all the way back. Ha.
